如何應用NMT開展新冠疫苗開發及免疫研究?
在當今的疫苗研發過程中,很多疫苗在細胞水平展現了積極的效果,但到了組織和器官水平,失敗的就非常多。很重要的一個原因,就是缺少組織和器官水平的篩選模型,而非損傷微測技術恰恰彌補了這方面的不足。利用非損傷微測技術,完全可以對活體組織進行在體檢測,開展免疫機理、免疫療效的在體研究。
